MATERIALS NEEDED - Assumes 41” WOF

• (1) Jelly Roll® (40 strips 2-1/2” x WOF) -OR- (1) Layer Cake® (40 squares 10” x 10”) for leaf / berry prints*
• (3) fat quarters for leaf stripe prints
• 0.5 metre (1/2 yard) face print (9900 68 “Fig Tree Wheat”)
• (1) fat eighth nose print (9900 104 “Hay”)
• (1) fat eighth cheek print (9900 425 “Rose Water”)
• 0.8 metre (7/8 yard) white beard/eyebrow print
• (1) fat eighth of eye / mouth print (9900 283 “Lead”)
• 0.5 metre (1/2 yard) red hat print
• (1) fat quarter hat trim / pom-pom print
• 1.3 metres (1-3/8 yard) light grey fabric
• 2.1 metres (2-1/4 yards) white background
• 2.1 metres (2-1/4 yards) block border / outer border print
• 0.7 metre (3/4 yard) binding fabric**
• 5.7 metres (6-1/4 yards) backing fabric
• 2.3 metres x 2.3 metres (89” x 89”) batting

*     To substitute yardage, use (24) fat eighths for holly leaf prints + (3) fat eighths for holly berry prints. 

**   If using a Jelly Roll®, there is an option to use leftover strips for a scrappy binding instead of yardage.
