Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping is available Australia Wide and Internationally via Australia Post

Pricing is in Australian dollars and the currency conversion for international orders is calculated once you proceed to PayPal. You can review the conversion before you have to confirm the order if paying via PayPal or your bank will do the conversion automatically if paying by credit card.

Please note that the rates below do not include any insurance. In the case of a lost or damaged letter or parcel by Australia Post we cannot be held responsible.

We strive to keep the delivery costs as low as possible by only charging the postage costs as set by Australia Post.

Postage rates are $9 for orders that weight <250g and $12 for >250g for orders up to the value of $129 above $130 shipping is free. 

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within the Naracoorte area. Local delivery is only available to Naracoorte or Penola– please contact us after your purchase to arrange time & place.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@theruralstitchco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
